Baby Ruth bar is made of peanuts, caramel and a chocolate-flavoured nougat, all covered in milk chocolate. Created in 1921, Baby Ruth was so popular that US baseball player George Ruth preferred to be called ‘Babe Ruth’ in honour of his favourite bar.
